Aquest pla dona continu\u00eftat a la planificaci\u00f3 de mesures en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019igualtat, a la revisi\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 del protocol d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 per a la prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe, a les noves obligacions d\u2019informaci\u00f3 i report de dades desagregades per sexes. A m\u00e9s, el pla incorpora un apartat espec\u00edfic dedicat a mesures de protecci\u00f3 per a les v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direcci\u00f3 reitera el seu comprom\u00eds amb l\u2019establiment i desenvolupament de pol\u00edtiques que integrin la igualtat de tracte i d\u2019oportunitats entre dones i homes, sense discriminar ni directament ni indirectament per ra\u00f3 de sexe. Aix\u00ed mateix, impulsa i fomenta mesures per assolir una igualtat real dins l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, establint la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats com un principi estrat\u00e8gic de la Pol\u00edtica Corporativa i de Recursos Humans, d\u2019acord amb la definici\u00f3 que en fa la Llei Org\u00e0nica 3\/2007, de 22 de mar\u00e7, per a la igualtat efectiva entre dones i homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per assolir aquest objectiu, es compta amb la representaci\u00f3 legal de les persones treballadores, no nom\u00e9s durant el proc\u00e9s de negociaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva, tal com estableix la Llei Org\u00e0nica 3\/2007, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 al llarg de tot el proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3, seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 del Pla d\u2019Igualtat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el nou pla, acordat entre la direcci\u00f3 del centre i la representaci\u00f3 sindical, posa un \u00e8mfasi especial en continuar amb la formaci\u00f3 i la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019igualtat, aix\u00ed com en establir mecanismes de control, seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 de les accions plantejades.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pla d\u2019Igualtat s\u2019estructura en nou \u00e0rees identificades en el diagn\u00f2stic de situaci\u00f3, amb objectius espec\u00edfics que contribueixen al compliment de l\u2019objectiu general.
