Els treballs presentats han estat:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u201cPrograma de suport a l&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria i el Centre d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 a les Addicions (PSP-CASD)\u201d<\/strong>, elaborat per David Chesa Vela, Marta Vallcanera Cabrera i Rosa Arias Barquet (CASD Garraf \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3 Hospital\u00e0ries Martorell).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cPunt de Trobada. Un model d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria per a persones sense llar&#8221;<\/strong>, a c\u00e0rrec de M\u00edriam Rodr\u00edguez Moreno, N\u00faria Rosell Vidal, Xavier Batlle Castells i David Chesa Vela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta participaci\u00f3 representa un reconeixement a la tasca assistencial i comunit\u00e0ria que duen a terme els professionals dels CASD, aix\u00ed com una oportunitat per compartir experi\u00e8ncies i models d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 innovadors en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la patologia dual i l\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el lema <strong>\u201cAddiccions i altres trastorns mentals: la salut mental sense l\u00edmits\u201d<\/strong>, m\u00e9s de 2.000 professionals de diversos \u00e0mbits \u2014entre ells psiquiatres, metges, psic\u00f2legs, infermers, treballadors socials i investigadors\u2014 es van reunir en aquesta trobada multidisciplin\u00e0ria amb la voluntat de compartir coneixements i actualitzar-se sobre els darrers aven\u00e7os en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de les neuroci\u00e8ncies i la psiquiatria de precisi\u00f3.
