Per aix\u00f2 vam preparar un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tIdBhSRnkes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">petit v\u00eddeo explicatiu<\/a>\u00a0d&#8217;aquestes sessions.
