Per\u00f2 en la <strong>V Trobada de Responsables i T\u00e8cnics de formaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament, <\/strong>celebrada el passat divendres 13 de febrer, es van compartir quatre claus per poder treure\u2019n profit i no convertir-lo en una flagel\u00b7laci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Acceptar-lo<\/strong> \u2013 Generar entorns on es pugui recon\u00e8ixer sense por.<br>\ud83d\udd0e <strong>Revisar-lo<\/strong> \u2013 Analitzar-ne les causes.<br>\ud83e\udd1d <strong>Compartir-lo<\/strong> \u2013 Transformar-lo en aprenentatge col\u00b7lectiu.<br>\ud83d\udcda <strong>Aprendre\u2019n<\/strong> \u2013 Millorar processos i compet\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La trobada, celebrada a l\u2019Espai BITAL de l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat, i amb la participaci\u00f3 de Beatriz Matoses, responsable de Talent de la Fundaci\u00f3 Hospital\u00e0ries Martorell, va posar el focus en aquells projectes que \u201cno han acabat b\u00e9\u201d, per\u00f2 que han esdevingut font d\u2019aprenentatge estrat\u00e8gic. Dela Fundaci\u00f3 Hospital\u00e0ries tamb\u00e9 hi van participar Lara Rodriguez Carrera, responsable de talent de FH Barcelona, i Carmen Martinez Navarro, t\u00e9cnica de formaci\u00f3 de FH St Boi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de la xerrada inaugural \u2014<em>En els projectes, com en l\u2019amor, no hem de tenir por a l\u2019error!<\/em>\u2014 fins a la din\u00e0mica MAE, els participants van treballar metodologies concretes per sistematitzar l\u2019an\u00e0lisi d\u2019errors i transformar-los en palanques de millora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parlar d\u2019error pot generar incomoditat quan nom\u00e9s el veiem com un frac\u00e0s.
