La reuni\u00f3 es va celebrar a Roma, a la seu de l\u2019Orde Hospitalari, despr\u00e9s de la posada en marxa oficial del grup el passat mes de novembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la trobada, professionals i representants d&#8217;ambdues institucions procedents d\u2019It\u00e0lia, Espanya, el Regne Unit, Fran\u00e7a i Portugal van compartir experi\u00e8ncies, reptes i perspectives sobre l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a les persones amb dem\u00e8ncia en els seus respectius territoris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les presentacions de les diferents realitats van posar de manifest contextos diversos, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 problem\u00e0tiques comunes. Entre aquestes, la necessitat de promoure diagn\u00f2stics cada vegada m\u00e9s preco\u00e7os, refor\u00e7ar el suport a les persones cuidadores i identificar models assistencials sostenibles.
