T\u00e9 m\u00e9s a veure amb com vivim que no pas amb com ens sentim en cada instant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons ella, la felicitat es veu influenciada per elements com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenir un prop\u00f2sit vital i sentir que la nostra vida t\u00e9 sentit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaudir de relacions positives i que ens nodreixen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implicar-nos en activitats que considerem valuoses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;autonomia i creixement personal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Felicitat, benestar i salut mental: una relaci\u00f3 profunda<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Maria Eugenia destaca que la relaci\u00f3 entre felicitat, benestar i salut mental \u00e9s bidireccional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El benestar emocional protegeix la salut mental<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una bona salut mental afavoreix mantenir estats de felicitat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un cercle que es retroalimenta i que ens recorda que cuidar-nos emocionalment \u00e9s una pe\u00e7a clau per viure amb m\u00e9s qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com podem cultivar la felicitat?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha petites pr\u00e0ctiques que, sostingudes en el temps, poden transformar la manera com habitem la nostra vida.
