La sessi\u00f3 estava orientada al llan\u00e7ament fel proc\u00e9s del seguiment de l&#8217;acompliment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un dels processos m\u00e9s importants en la gesti\u00f3 de persones<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest proc\u00e9s, <strong>que comen\u00e7a el 3 d\u2019octubre i estar\u00e0 en funcionament fins al proper 31 de desembre<\/strong>, est\u00e0 adre\u00e7at al desenvolupament i la millora de totes les persones que treballen a l\u2019Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tal de fer una bona gesti\u00f3 del talent, responsables i col\u00b7laboradors\/es podreu compartir el vostre grau de satisfacci\u00f3, les vostres necessitats i les vostres expectatives i establir els seg\u00fcents passos per al desenvolupament professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest any participen en aquesta iniciativa un 50 % dels comandaments, que seran avaluats per les seves direccions, i un 10 % de totes les persones que treballen al Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un proc\u00e9s amb tres fases<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proc\u00e9s de seguiment de l\u2019acompliment posa a disposici\u00f3 de tots els centres de Prov\u00edncia d\u2019Espanya una metodologia d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 com\u00fa per a una gesti\u00f3 homog\u00e8nia del talent, centrada en dos pilars com <strong>s\u00f3n els valors hospitalaris i les compet\u00e8ncies<\/strong>&nbsp;i amb el suport d\u2019una nova eina digital per garantir el registre de tota aquesta informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per assolir els objectius amb \u00e8xit, es contemplen tres fases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Una <strong>reflexi\u00f3 individual<\/strong>&nbsp;durant la qual la persona responsable omple un q\u00fcestionari sobre els valors i les compet\u00e8ncies de la persona avaluada.<\/li><li>Una <strong>sessi\u00f3 de feedback<\/strong>&nbsp;entre ambdues parts per parlar de l\u2019acompliment i el Pla de Desenvolupament.<\/li><li>Una tercera fase en la qual es defineix quins seran els punts inclosos en el <strong>Pla de Desenvolupament<\/strong>&nbsp;de la persona.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/hospitalsagratcormartorell.org\/entre-tots\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-03-at-12.00.48-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4568\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fundaciohospitalariesmartorell.org\/entre-tots\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-03-at-12.00.48-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/fundaciohospitalariesmartorell.org\/entre-tots\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-03-at-12.00.48-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/fundaciohospitalariesmartorell.org\/entre-tots\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-03-at-12.00.48-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/fundaciohospitalariesmartorell.org\/entre-tots\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-03-at-12.00.48-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/fundaciohospitalariesmartorell.org\/entre-tots\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-03-at-12.00.48-1320x990.jpeg 1320w, https:\/\/fundaciohospitalariesmartorell.org\/entre-tots\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-03-at-12.00.48.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest 30 de setembre fem una formaci\u00f3 sobre el proc\u00e9s de seguiment de l\u2019acompliment per a tots\/es els\/les coordinadors\/es i responsables de serveis de l\u2019Hospital Sagrat Cor de Martorell, que ja van fer durant 2021 i 2022 una formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica sobre adquisici\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies per al seguiment i l\u2019entrevista de feedback.
