I ara qu\u00e8?<\/em>, l\u2019acte es va iniciar amb una pon\u00e8ncia de Patricia Cano on va fer refer\u00e8ncia a la difer\u00e8ncia entre l\u2019ansietat adaptativa o sana i la patol\u00f2gica, als factors que predisposen a tenir trastorns d\u2019ansietat, als diagn\u00f2stics m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents i a la intervenci\u00f3 psicol\u00f2gica.
