En definitiva, es tracta de donar resposta al Per qu\u00e8 (Missi\u00f3, Visi\u00f3 i Valors), al Com (lideratge, estrat\u00e8gia i processos de treball integrats) i al Qu\u00e8 (resultats obtinguts) de la nostra feina.
