A la reuni\u00f3 van participar 29 treballadors i treballadores socials de l&#8217;Hospital Sagrat Cor, del Centre de Salut Mental d&#8217;Adults de Martorell, del Centre d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 i Seguiment a les Drogodepend\u00e8ncies de Martorell, dels Equips d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria (EAP), dels Serveis Socials dels Ajuntaments, de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 per la Salut Mental del Baix Llobregat i d&#8217;altres serveis, com la Fundaci\u00f3 Privada Rosella i l&#8217;equip Guia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu de la trobada era l&#8217;intercanvi de coneixement i experi\u00e8ncies sobre els recursos i serveis de la zona, fer difusi\u00f3 de jornades i formacions de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit del Treball Social, a m\u00e9s de facilitar la coordinaci\u00f3 entre els serveis implicats.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 18 de novembre el nostre Hospital va ser l&#8217;escenari d&#8217;una trobada entre professionals de treball social del Baix Llobregat Nord.
