saludable, organitzat per la Comissi\u00f3\u00a0Cuida\u2019t x Cuidar, el projecte d\u2019empresa saludable del Centre, i en el marc de l\u2019eix \u2018Som el que mengem\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0ngels Cotarelo, dietista i nutricionista de NC Consulting, va centrar el taller en una part te\u00f2rica, que es va estendre m\u00e9s del temps previst a causa de l\u2019inter\u00e8s que va generar entre les persones assistents, les quals van interaccionar amb la ponent de manera freq\u00fcent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cotarelo va explicar la funci\u00f3 dels aliments i es va referir a la import\u00e0ncia dels nutrients que incorporem a la nostra dieta per poder menjar de manera equilibrada i saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El taller va ser molt ben valorat per
