Part de l\u2019equip de Treball Social de l\u2019Hospital Sagrat Cor hi va assistir \u2013Eva&nbsp;Balsells, Rosa Maria&nbsp;Ballesteros, Andrea Caparr\u00f3s i Imma Burillo\u2013, aix\u00ed com el psic\u00f2leg Ismael Garcia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera part de la jornada va servir per explicar la nova normativa sobre transfer\u00e8ncia d\u2019informaci\u00f3 cl\u00ednica i social, on destaca la llei 2\/2021, de 29 de desembre de mesures fiscals, financeres, administratives i del sector p\u00fablic. Aquesta nova llei habilita els serveis de salut a comunicar als serveis socials, sense consentiment de la part interessada, les dades que puguin fer refer\u00e8ncia a una afectaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;autonomia personal,&nbsp;ja sigui per situaci\u00f3 de depend\u00e8ncia o&nbsp;de discapacitat, per tal d\u2019intervenir en situaci\u00f3 de risc social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La segona part es va centrar en casos pr\u00e0ctics on la treballadora social del nostre Centre, Imma&nbsp;Burillo, va fer de ponent.
