Aquesta norma estableix els requisits que totes les organitzacions sanit\u00e0ries han de complir a l\u2019hora de gestionar els riscos, reduir incidents i minimitzar els perills a qu\u00e8 es pugui enfrontar la persona usu\u00e0ria durant\u00a0 el proc\u00e9s assistencial. Durant el 2021, la Comissi\u00f3 de Seguretat del Pacient va treballar intensament estructurant el nostre sistema de treball per gestionar proactivament tots els riscos que es puguin produir en els processos clau de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3.
