Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut Laboral ha donat llum verda al Pla d&#8217;Actuaci\u00f3 contra la viol\u00e8ncia externa en el treball, amb l\u2019objectiu de prevenir agressions i actes violents dirigits als treballadors i les treballadores, tant dins de l&#8217;hospital com en els serveis comunitaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En coher\u00e8ncia amb la pol\u00edtica de toler\u00e0ncia zero de l\u2019hospital envers la viol\u00e8ncia i les agressions, aquest pla t\u00e9 com a finalitat assegurar un entorn laboral segur i respectu\u00f3s per a tothom, tant per al personal col\u00b7laborador Carolina Merino i Ricardo Navarro, juntament amb la t\u00e8cnica d&#8217;enlla\u00e7 de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals, Beatriz Matoses, han instal\u00b7lat cartells informatius en diversos espais visibles dels centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests cartells no nom\u00e9s destaquen la pol\u00edtica de toler\u00e0ncia zero de l\u2019Hospital Sagrat Cor contra la viol\u00e8ncia i les agressions, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 recorden la prohibici\u00f3 de captar i difondre imatges del personal i de les persones usu\u00e0ries sense el seu consentiment, en conformitat amb les disposicions legals
