Aquestes sessions han estat dissenyades per millorar les seves habilitats i coneixements, aix\u00ed com per proporcionar-los una comprensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s profunda de la nostra obra hospital\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sessi\u00f3 sobre la hist\u00f2ria de la Congregaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dia 23 de maig, Sor Isabel va oferir una xerrada sobre la hist\u00f2ria de la Congregaci\u00f3 de les Germanes Hospital\u00e0ries del Sagrat Cor. Durant aquesta sessi\u00f3, va explicar el naixement i l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la Congregaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com el treball que fan tant a Espanya com arreu del m\u00f3n. Aquesta formaci\u00f3 va ser molt ben valorada per les persones assistents, ja que els va permetre con\u00e8ixer millor els or\u00edgens i la missi\u00f3 de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 a la qual dediquen el seu temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formaci\u00f3 sobre trastorns mentals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dia 30 de maig, es va comptar amb la pres\u00e8ncia del Dr. Franquelo, director m\u00e8dic, qui va impartir una sessi\u00f3 formativa sobre els trastorns mentals. Aquesta formaci\u00f3 va ser especialment rellevant per al nostre voluntariat, ja que els va proporcionar eines i coneixements per poder abordar amb m\u00e9s seguretat i efic\u00e0cia les situacions relacionades amb la salut mental que puguin trobar en les seves tasques quotidianes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Futures formacions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes iniciatives formatives han estat molt ben rebudes pels nostres voluntaris i volunt\u00e0ries, i s&#8217;est\u00e0 valorant organitzar-ne m\u00e9s en el futur, espec\u00edficament sobre les dem\u00e8ncies i el deteriorament cognitiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-carousel stk-block-carousel stk--is-slide stk--arrows-justify-space-between stk--arrows-align-center stk-block stk-7730c95\"
