una nova etapa a la nostra farm\u00e0cia. Una etapa de canvis i evoluci\u00f3 que han repercutit molt positivament en tot l&#8217;hospital, millorant l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 assistencial. Aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/hospitalsagratcormartorell.org\/entre-tots\/2023\/09\/nova-farmacia-de-lhospital-sagrat-cor\/\">projecte<\/a>, somiat durant anys i planificat amb dedicaci\u00f3 per la responsable em\u00e8rita del servei de Farm\u00e0cia, Felicitas Guti\u00e9rrez, va ser dissenyat al detall per transformar el servei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer gran pas va ser la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019unes noves instal\u00b7lacions a l&#8217;Edifici 9, que van suposar un augment considerable de la superf\u00edcie del servei: m\u00e9s magatzems, m\u00e9s despatxos i m\u00e9s sales de treball. Per\u00f2 el canvi m\u00e9s significatiu va ser el pas cap a l&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb la incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019una nova m\u00e0quina de reenvasat de capacitat aut\u00f2noma, aquesta tasca s&#8217;ha convertit en un proc\u00e9s semiautom\u00e0tic, cosa que permet al personal de farm\u00e0cia optimitzar el seu temps i centrar-se en altres tasques, cada vegada m\u00e9s necess\u00e0ries per al creixement del servei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 dels sistemes de dispensaci\u00f3 en dosi unit\u00e0ria \u00e9s, sens dubte, la pedra angular d\u2019aquesta transformaci\u00f3. La robotitzaci\u00f3 de la unidosi ha estat clau per agilitzar la preparaci\u00f3 dels carros de medicaci\u00f3, fet que ha perm\u00e8s expandir aquest circuit a tot l\u2019hospital. Gr\u00e0cies als nous equipaments i a l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 de la plantilla, el sistema de unidosi ja ha arribat a l\u2019\u00e0rea de Psiquiatria durant aquest \u00faltim any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pacient \u00e9s el principal beneficiat d&#8217;aquest nou sistema,&nbsp;gr\u00e0cies&nbsp;a la millora de la seguretat en la gesti\u00f3 del medicament. Els armaris robotitzats, que reben&nbsp;informaci\u00f3&nbsp;directa de la hist\u00f2ria cl\u00ednica, eliminen la possibilitat d&#8217;errors en la dispensaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, el personal de la&nbsp;farm\u00e0cia&nbsp;ha assumit un nou rol com a validador, actuant com a filtre addicional per detectar possibles errors de prescripci\u00f3. Aquesta funci\u00f3 refor\u00e7a la intervenci\u00f3 farmac\u00e8utica, fent-la m\u00e9s sistem\u00e0tica i constant, i integrant el\/la farmac\u00e8utic\/a de manera m\u00e9s s\u00f2lida a l&#8217;equip cl\u00ednic multidisciplinari.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Autora: Laura Comella Anaya.
